Legal Notice – Spread the Word Printshop

Spread the Word Printshop is a custom print and merchandise business operating in Alberta, Canada.

Intellectual Property All custom designs, artwork, and branding created by Spread the Word Printshop remain the intellectual property of Spread the Word Printshop unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any logos, images, or text submitted for printing. By placing an order, the client confirms they hold the necessary rights or permissions for all submitted artwork.

Custom Orders All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Due to the nature of custom printing, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

Colour Accuracy Colours may vary slightly between digital proofs and finished printed products due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. We make every effort to match approved proofs as closely as possible.

Limitation of Liability Spread the Word Printshop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
