Return & Refund Policy – Spread the Word Printshop
Thank you for choosing Spread the Word Printshop. Because all of our products are custom printed to order, we have specific guidelines around returns and refunds.
Custom & Personalized Orders All custom and personalized orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed apparel or merchandise unless the item is defective or was printed incorrectly due to an error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Orders If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not match your approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or incorrect item(s)
We will work with you to reprint or refund the affected items at no additional cost.
Colour Variations Minor colour variations between digital proofs and finished products are not considered defects, as slight differences can occur due to screen settings and printing processes. We do our best to match approved proofs as closely as possible.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Once printing has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
