Terms of Service – Spread the Word Printshop
By placing an order with Spread the Word Printshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Spread the Word Printshop provides custom printing and merchandise services for apparel, promotional items, and branded goods. All products are printed to order based on client-approved artwork and specifications.
2. Order Approval All orders require client approval of a digital proof before production begins. Once a proof is approved, Spread the Word Printshop is not responsible for errors in the approved design, including spelling, layout, or colour choices.
3. Artwork & Intellectual Property Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any logos, images, trademarks, or text submitted for printing. By submitting artwork, the client warrants that they hold all necessary rights and permissions. Spread the Word Printshop reserves the right to refuse any order that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before production begins. For large or custom bulk orders, a deposit may be required.
5. Production & Turnaround Turnaround times begin once payment is received and the proof is approved. Timelines may vary depending on order complexity and volume. Spread the Word Printshop will communicate estimated timelines at the time of order confirmation.
6. Shipping Orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Spread the Word Printshop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

8. Limitation of Liability Spread the Word Printshop's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9. Privacy We collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about your purchase. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers).
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
11. Changes to Terms Spread the Word Printshop reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
